Who is your favourite bodybuilder and why?
Arnold – Brought Bodybuilding from out of the shadow and added a touch of charisma and flare to the sport.
What has been the highlight of your career so far?
Coming back after an 8 year break and snapping my quadriceps, the doctors said I’d never compete again. What do they know? Winning the NW Championships in 2005. Walking on stage at the Finals of the British Championships 2005 and taking 5th. Sponsorship from CNP, and being in FLEX, Musclemag, Muscle and Fitness all in 1 year.
What do you consider to be your best body part?
Balance and symmetry is paramount, I try not to have weak points
What do you consider to be your worst body part?
The aim of the bodybuilder is to have no weak points.
What is your favourite excersise?
None
What is you least favourite excersise?
None
What is your favourite movie?
Any feel good factor film like Forrest Gump , Good Fellas for the action and violence and Shrek for a laugh plus many more
What is your favourite binge-out?
Anything different from the normal bodybuilding diet. Love Sunday dinner and apple crumble.
What food do you hate the most?
Smoked salmon
What do you love the most about bodybuilding?
The friends I have made all over Britain. Training and working towards improving my mind and body. The CHALLENGE.
What's you're long-term ambition in bodybuilding?
To be the best I can be.
What advice would you give to upcoming bodybuilders?
Be patient, to build a decent physique takes time. Following a quality diet and being constant is the key. There are no quick fix solutions as people are made out to believe, just hard work and dedication is what it takes to be a successful bodybuilder.
Also don’t be afraid to ask questions, use the guys who’ve competed and trained for years as they are Old and Wise, especially COLIN a.k.a THE WISE ONE!
